Through extreme personal loss and subsequent hardship, Michelle started her self-healing journey. During this intense time of self-examination and trauma healing, she found her Pure Light and cultivated a passion for supporting others in their healing journey.

Using a combination of modalities, as well as her intuitive gifts, she gently guides you into a theta brain wave/meditative state where you can deeply, yet gently and safely, address deep-seated traumas, anxiety, and much more. This often creates true and transformational healing in the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.

Prior to a session with her, she will send an intake form to get some background, some pertinent information to guide her choice of healing modalities, and to give her an idea of how you will work together.

During the hour session, you will chat, and then she will guide you into a meditative state utilizing light conversational hypnosis. While you are in this state, she can help move you into a state of deep relaxation where you self-heal and come to profound awareness and breakthroughs.
